Nepal, China sign BRI Framework

Nepal, China on Wednesday signed a Framework for Belt and Road Cooperation, pushing it a step further. The agreement does not specify in investment modality for the projects that would be implemented under BRI. The Chinese side accepted the document proposed by Nepal without any major modifications.  Nepal’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed the signing of BRI deal.
