Dengue spreads in all districts of Nepal
Dengue, a deadly virus, has spread to all 77 districts, infecting more than 28,000 people, according to official government figure.
According to Ministry of Health and Population, it has now spread in all seven provinces with Gandaki province in the high risks with around thirteen thousand patients.
After Gandaki, more dengue patients are in Basmati province. In 2023, at least 20 persons died and more than 52,000 were infected, while in 2022, 88 people died, and over 54, 00 were infected.
